Cal's roster reconstruction won't end Wednesday as the Golden Bears are expected to remain aggressive in pursuing transfer portal targets, but the program's incoming freshman class got its chance to put pen to paper as the Early Signing Period began.

Cal signed all 10 of its commitments, including recent JUCO DB addition Matthew Littlejohn.

The Bears have already landed four transfers as well in CB Kaylin Moore (Colorado), CB Nohl Williams (UNLV), RB Byron Cardwell (Oregon) and linebacker Sergio Allen (Clemson).

Wilcox said by the February signing period, he'd expect the number of newcomers -- combined signees and transfers -- to be up to 20-25 "and maybe more in the summer."

Colorado cornerback transfer Kaylin Moore and UNLV cornerback transfer Nohl Williams are officially on board with the Bears after announcing their commitments earlier this month.
