LOS ANGELES — Cal came up just short once again Saturday as No. 9 USC kept the door open enough for the Bears to make things interesting late in the game. Ultimately, the Bears simply ran out of time and couldn't make enough plays to pull out an upset win. There were mixed emotions for the Cal players after the game.
