Frederick Williams III committed to Cal on Wednesday after a recruitment that has been at the forefront for Justin Wilcox and his staff with the Bears this fall. Cal beat out schools such as Washington, Oregon State and Colorado for Williams' pledge, and he will add another big pass rusher to the mix in Berkeley.
