Thirteen of the 2014 Rivals250 with Cal offers

Your bible for all things Class of 2014 recruiting, the 2014 Rivals250 Watch List was released Monday and 19 of the 250 prospects have already either been offered by the Bears or expressed serious interest in playing in Berkeley. Over the next two days, we break down both. Here's an in-depth look at all of Cal's top targets with offers (+ video highlights):
2014 Rivals250 Watch List Prospects with Cal Offers

WR Dominique Booth (Pike in Ind.)
The Scoop: Was at the Ohio State-Cal game, has 13 offers, and has made visits to Cal (over the summer), Ohio State, and Michigan State, with plans to visit Michigan State a second time, along with Missouri, Iowa, and Tennessee. In September he listed Cal in his top five along with Iowa, Ohio State, Missouri, and Michigan State, the same top five he listed over the summer. Why? Dominique's uncle Isaac Booth played for the Bears in the early '90s, before stints in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens.
The Film: Watch
ATH Jalen Brown (Mountain Pointe in Ariz.)
The Scoop: Has 18 offers, and has already taken trips to Arizona, Arizona State, and UCLA. Cal's mostly taking a flyer on Brown.
The Film: Watch
DT Khairi Clark (Charminade Madonna in Flo.)
The Scoop: Has 22 offers, and is largely regarded as one of the most sought-after linemen in the class. He's already made visits to Miami and Maryland. Miami's the favorite (they're already offering him early playing time), with a visit wish list that includes Wisconsin, Oregon, Alabama, Tennessee, Clemson, and Michigan State. Again, big-time flyer from Cal.
TE Bryce Dixon (St. Bonaventure)
The Scoop: Told Rivals "USC and Stanford stand out" in September, and a visit to UCLA in November seemed to put the Bruins up near the top of his list.

The Film: Watch
Safety Todd Kelly Jr. (Webb School of Knoxville in Tenn.)
The Scoop: Son of former Tennessee linebacker Todd Kelly, Kelly Jr. has 24 offers including a ton of big time college programs (Alabama, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Florida, etc.). He has already seen a ton of Tennessee (vs. Georgia, LSU, and Alabama), plus VaTech-Clemson, and Ohio State-Nebraska, plus made an unofficial to Alabama at the end of September. Ole Miss, Florida, Vandy, Stanford, 'SC, and Alabama are thus far making the hardest push, according to Kelly.
The Film: Watch
DE Nifae Lealao (Capital Christian in Sacramento)
The Scoop: Has 10 offers, nine of which are from Pac-12 schools. According to his coach, his dream school is Stanford: "He is right at a 4.0. He's going to have to test high to get in there, but it's his dream to get in there. He hasn't really committed to a No. 2, but if you were to ask me, I get the feeling that Oregon will be No. 2." Nifae made two trips to Berkeley this season for the UCLA and Stanford games, scoring a scholarship offer from Todd Howard during his first.
The Film: Watch
ATH Tyler Luatua (La Mirada)
The Scoop: Has 18 offers, including a lot of the major recruiting players (Alabama, USC, Notre Dame, Miami, Nebraska, etc.). Cal recruiting coordinator Kenwick Thompson made the trip to La Mirada back in September to see Luatua, who the Bears are recruiting as a defensive end. Cal offered Luatua officially in March. Luatua's brother Isaac plays for Alabama, and while the Crimson Tide aren't a lock, Luatua listed 'Bama and USC as his favorites at the beginning of the season.
The Film: Watch
OL Andrew Mike (Sabino in Ariz.)
The Scoop: Cal offered Mike back in June when he was in Berkeley, making him one of just two lineman the Bears have verbaled prior to their junior seasons. The other? Aaron Cochran. An Arizona kid, Mike has also made the rounds to both Pac-12 schools in 'Zona, in addition to a trip out to UCLA.
The Film: Watch
RB Joe Mixon (Freedom in Oakley)
The Scoop: Mixon literally just got his Cal offer Nov. 7th, the same day he also scored offers from Washington's Tosh Lupoi and Colorado. Mixon pointed to a strong relationship with Ron Gould, who he talks to at least three days a week. He has plans to make a return visit to Berkeley in the offseason.
The Film: Watch
Cornerback Adarius Pickett (El Cerrito)
The Scoop: Pickett spent his freshman year at De La Salle, before transferring to El Cerrito, meaning he has a connection to current Cal linebacker Michael Barton, who played on the same team as Pickett's older brother. "I was around Michael Barton my whole freshman year at De La Salle," Pickett told Rivals in October. Pickett has just two offers on the table from Utah and the Bears, which Ashley Ambrose extended in the locker room following Cal's win over UCLA.
The Film: Watch
Cornerback Michiah Quick (Central East near Fresno)
The Scoop: Quick was in Berkeley last Saturday for the Oregon game (and at USC vs. Oregon the week before that). Notre Dame appears to be the early leader for the 6-foot, 170-pounder, but Cal's in the mix along with Oklahoma, Oregon State, UCLA, and Washington. Two of Quick's teammates -- 2013 prospects L.J. Moore and Johnny Johnson -- also have Cal offers on the table, which could definitely play a roll in his decision, as could a former Grizzly already on Cal's roster: Brendan Bigelow.
The Film: Watch
TE Dalton Schultz (Bingham in Utah)
The Scoop: Schultz hasn't made a single unofficial, but has plans to tentatively visit Oklahoma, Cal, Stanford, and potentially Oregon. He's also eyeing Florida as a possible destination. Schultz isn't shy about the fact that of his seven offers, Stanford is the early favorite.
DT Ainuu Taua (Lompoc)
The Scoop: Taua just scored his first SEC offer (from Vandy) bringing his full-ride count to seven. UCLA and Washington are two of the favorites, but Taua says he's keeping an open mind. He's already made a visit (with family) to a UCLA game and been on a visit to Washington. Lompoc teammate Lavon Coleman (a 2013 running back prospect) has already committed to Washington and Taua has already been impressed by Lupoi. "The d-line coach seems cool with me," Taua told Rivals in August. "I like how he is, and how the staff is. They're really cool. They're up there."
