Meadows moving to Cal

After signing with Wingate College coming out of high school, San Jose (Calif.) junior college linebacker Jerome Meadows felt he needed to find a school with a better academic profile. So, it doesn't take much to figure out why Meadows and Cal are such a good fit. One of the headliners of a stellar linebacking class, the proficient Meadows made his decision final just minutes ago.

Right after his recruiting trip to Cal back in mid-December, Meadows knew exactly where he wanted to go. Meadows immediately called linebackers coach Kenwick Thompson and said he was going to be a Golden Bear.
