Cal is now through three weeks of spring practice after wrapping up Day 11 with a scrimmage on Saturday at California Memorial Stadium. The Bears were on the field for 100 plays according to head coach Justin Wilcox, and after Saturday's practice he spoke with reporters about the standout performers and a wide array of other topics.
