Matt began his career at Rivals in 2011 as recruiting editor and then publisher for Arizona affiliate, GOAZCATS.com. In 2022, he moved into an expanded role covering Pac-12 recruiting for Rivals.

Cal's football team went back to work Wednesday afternoon as the Bears opened up training camp in preparation for the season opener Sept. 2 against North Texas. Above are a collection of photos from Day 1 for Justin Wilcox's team.
