WATCH: Head coach Justin Wilcox reviews Cal's spring showcase

Matt began his career at Rivals in 2011 as recruiting editor and then publisher for Arizona affiliate, GOAZCATS.com. In 2022, he moved into an expanded role covering Pac-12 recruiting for Rivals.

Cal head coach Justin Wilcox and his team are now through all 15 spring practices after wrapping up the team's spring showcase Saturday afternoon. The Bears ran over 60 plays during the scrimmage portion of the practice giving a number of players their biggest opportunity to perform in a live setting.

Afterwards, Wilcox spoke with reporters about who stood out Saturday and gave his overall review of the spring plus an outlook for the summer months.
