Duncan was Cal's first official visitor of the 2016 recruiting cycle, and felt he had seen enough following his first trip to the Bay Area. Duncan chooses the Golden Bears over a dozen other scholarship offers, highlighted by Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, Tennessee and both in-state SEC programs.
Last season for Oak Grove, Duncan recorded 71 receptions for 1207 yards and 14 touchdowns. The 6', 193 pound wideout could play the X, Z, or H receiver positions for Cal. Inside Wide Receivers Coach Jacob Peeler was Duncan's primary recruiter.
Rivals rates Duncan as a 4-star (5.8) Athlete, the 18th best nationally for that position grouping. He is ranked as the 6th best prospect in the state of Mississippi currently.
