OKLAHOMA CITY -- Senior utility Valerie Arioto, junior pitcher Jolene Henderson and senior left fielder Jamia Reid earned the utmost honor of being lauded as National Fast Pitch Coaches Association All-Americans. Arioto and Henderson landed on the first team and Reid on the second.

All three of California's honorees are now multiple-time award winners, with Arioto earning her third honor and Henderson and Reid earning their second.

Henderson, now a two-time first-team pitcher, is currently sporting the nation's fifth lowest ERA at 1.10 and leads the country in shutouts with 17. Arioto, the utility-pitcher selection to this year's first team, has the 11th lowest ERA in the country, at 1.32, to go along with 155 strikeouts. She is also currently tied with Reid for the team's highest batting average at .385 and leads the Golden Bears in RBIs with 60. Reid, a second-team outfielder, also has 51 runs and is third in the country in stolen bases with 47.

Fifty-four student-athletes from 33 different institutions representing 13 conferences have earned the honor of being named to one of the three 2012 Division I All-American teams, the Association announced on Wednesday.

The four conferences that will be represented at this year's Women' College World Series - the Big East, the Big 12, the Southeastern and the Pac-12 - account for 20 of the 54 selections. All eight schools that will compete for a national title at this week's WCWS in Oklahoma City had at least one selection to one of the three teams. Alabama, Tennessee and UCLA led all institutions with four overall selections, while Oklahoma led the nation in first-team honorees with three.
