4* DT sets Oregon visit

Kevin McReynolds may be the most talented players to come out of Washington (D.C.), St. Johns College High School in recent years. At 6-foot-2 and 281 pounds the four-star defensive tackle has the attention of almost every top program in the nation. Although he has yet to officially name a top group he has scheduled several visits. UCLA, Oregon and Arkansas have all secured visits from McReynolds who will not decide until at least late January.

McReynolds' season has been slowed by an ankle injury that has forced him to sit out five games this year but it is strong enough now that he has played in his last two games and is helping his team reach the state playoffs.

The Oregon Ducks started recruiting McReynolds early on in the process and he took an unofficial trip to Eugene back in July to check out the campus and the facilities. At that time he came away impressed and the Ducks solidified their place among his favorites. However, McReynolds is taking his time with the process and wants to be very thorough before making his decision. One of the concerns he has about Oregon is the weather and how much rain there is in the winter so he will take his official visit to Oregon from January 14-16 to see it first hand.
