One of the student-athletes Cal is pursuing this recruiting season that does not reside in California is Homewood (Ill.) Flossmoor three-star ranked defensive line prospect Michael Buchanan. A very speedy rush end, Buchanan holds offers from a myriad of schools and says he's starting to nail down the programs he feels most comfortable around. Buchanan is planning on taking all five recruiting visits, one of which is out west.
