Teri McKeever just bagged the most decorated swimmer maybe in the history of collegiate swimming, signing 2012 Olympic darling Missy Franklin and her four gold medals to a National Letter of Intent this morning at Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colorado.

It's easily the biggest recruiting get in the history of the program, and along with it came five other signees including three more top-15 swimmers: Celina Li, Kristen Vredeveld, and Farida Osman.

What's more, it comes on the heels of three national championships in four years for the Bears, who graduate just one senior this season (200 IM bronze medalist Caitlin Leverenz).

All the pieces, it appears, are there for a Cal women's swimming dynasty, even with Franklin vowing to only swim collegiately her first two years before going pro...
