The word on KeiVarae Russell is starting to make its way east. Programs along the West Coast have been checking on Russell, an all-purpose back from Everett, Wash., for awhile now with scholarship offers in from Boise State, Cal, Stanford, Washington and Washington State. But Monday night Russell expanded his options by one after landing an offer from Notre Dame.
